Grooming and spa services at Hallo Vet don't just make your pet look better — they're an essential part of health care. Matted fur, long nails, dirty ears — all can lead to infections and health issues if not properly maintained.

Our full grooming service includes: bathing with specialized products (gentle, non-irritating, suited to each coat type), blow-drying with professional low-heat dryers, styling cuts as requested, ear cleaning (ear hair removal, canal cleaning), nail clipping, anal gland expression, and teeth brushing.

We use products from reputable brands: Biogance (France), Iv San Bernard (Italy), and Tropiclean (USA). Each product is selected to match specific skin and coat conditions: sensitive skin, oily skin, long coat, short coat, white coat, or inflamed skin.

Groomers at Hallo Vet are professionally trained with experience handling even shy, anxious, or difficult pets. We never use sedation — instead, groomers patiently approach gradually, using gentle handling techniques and a quiet environment to keep pets as comfortable as possible.

Popular cut styles: Teddy bear cut (Poodle, Bichon), Lion cut (Pomeranian, Chow Chow), Puppy cut (Maltese, Shih Tzu), Korean style (small breeds), and Breed standard cuts for purebreds. Owners are welcome to bring reference photos of desired styles.

Beyond basic grooming, we offer premium spa services: relaxation massage, deep conditioning treatment, medicated baths for inflamed/fungal skin, and dental care packages (teeth brushing + dental check).

Book grooming 1 day ahead via Zalo, website, or call 0332 986 116. Grooming time: 45 minutes (cats, small dogs) to 2 hours (large dogs, long coat). We recommend bathing every 2-4 weeks and trimming every 4-6 weeks depending on breed.
